I'm the only one in my family of 4 who likes risotto, so I pull this one out when I want to treat myself. It cooks up quick & easily...and I get to "slurge" & have a glass of wine while waiting for it to cook up. I keep saying next time I'll add something (shrimp? peas? mushrooms?) to it, but I keep making the original recipe! A definite keeper!

I promised my boys I'd bake choc-chip cookies for them today & then I could not find my recipe! (U think I'd have it memorized by now! LOL) This recipe is a good one! It was an easy one to follow & the results are very good! To my tastes (and they are still cooling) they are good all-round cookies. One suggestion - decrease the salt by 1/2. And I must make my cookies a bit smaller, because I got 6 dozen out of this recipe.

I'm not a meat eater, but I tried this for my Italian hubby & kids who are. For someone who never cooked ribs before, it was a very easy recipe! I used a jar of Spagh sauce, plus 1 can of tomato sauce. When serving, I took the ribs out & stirred the sauce with spaghetti. Will make again for them!
