Although I have had chicken and dumplings before, I haven't ever made it. And this recipe makes it SO EASY to do. You will need to add seasoning to the existing recipe for a nice flavor, I chose celery seed and summer savory. I followed others suggestion by using broth to cover as opposed to water. Also, instead of 2 cans of Crm of mushrm soup, I used one and then used a jar of chicken gravy for the second can. That gave it a super flavor. Only one large can of biscuits needed...and I did allow atleast 1 hr of cooking time for the biscuits. Whole family enjoyed it and we will definitely use this recipe again.
