Soft Christmas Cookies
These are some of the yummiest cookies I've ever made! I used real butter (unsalted) and only 3 cups flour. I used almost another cup while rolling them out. I cooked at 375 for close to 10 min, until just browning. They were crispy and soft, just the way I love sugar cookies!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
These are really yummy! I also used 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt. Everyone loved them!
