Ham and Bean Soup I
Very yummy and spicy! I used hot italian sausage. I accidentally picked up a package of pre-cooked sausage but it was fine. I just sliced it up. With the tomato base, it reminded me of red beans and rice. My soup was watery, as other readers, so I added egg noodles at the end. I think if you cook with the lid off, it would get thicker.

Easy Broccoli Quiche
Delicious. I made a few modifications: (1) Pre-cooked crust for about 11 minutes (2) Sharp cheddar instead of mozzerella (3) only 3 eggs and 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c cream and skipped melted butter (4) added chopped ham. My 5 year old loved it and my husband, who isn't a big quiche guy, had seconds.

Broccoli Chicken Divan
I've made this with cream of chicken soup instead of the cream of broccoli soup and actually prefer it with the cream of chicken. My husband, who is not the biggest fan of casseroles, loved the version with the cream of chicken soup. My five year old loves it either way. A GREAT recipe.
