I love to bake, I find baking an art if you will. I enjoy cooking as well but not as much as baking. The thing I have to say that I enjoy more than anything is watching people eat and enjoy my cooking/baking.

Beer Pancakes
COORS LIGHT....Thats the beer to use, it doesnt have much taste and the pancakes turn out fairly fluffy. The picture is VERY decieving, the batter is Very runny, but a very good tasting pancake, I was very shocked. However it didnt yield as many as I would like. Very tasty though.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
CINNAMON!!!!! I added a bit of cinnamon and a tad bit of milk and they turned out awesome!!! they dont stay chewy for long but either way a good cookie!

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms
The batter was too dry, Very tasty and non the less very delicious, very very dry, hard to stuff when your filling is falling everywhere instead of the mushroom and I did half the recipe.
