Date Nut Bread
I found the loaf a little too dense. I would say add a banana or perhaps 1/2 cup of apple sauce to give it a lighter texture.

Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti
tasty recipe, however I would recommend upping the cook temp to 350 since at 325 my biscotti even with the double baking didn't bake thoroughly.

Fig and Olive Tapenade
I made this tapenade at my latest party and used the goat cheese option, it lasted about 5 minutes. This a delicious recipe.
