Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
I've made this twice now. It was fall-apart tender both times. It was no trouble at all to shred for sandwiches. First time followed the recipe nearly exactly. I used low-sodium beef broth & added a little liquid smoke as suggested - it was good but a little bland (that's why only 4 stars). The second time I didn't have beef broth on hand so substituted regular chicken broth & left out the coffee. Browned the meat before putting it in the slow-cooker & again added a little liquid smoke. Much, much better the 2nd time. The kids really loved it so it will definitely go into regular rotation at our house.

Alsatian Chocolate Balls
My daughter made these for French class. These were very tasty, but she rates them 4 stars because grating the chocolate is a bit of a chore. We followed someone else's suggestion & used crushed cinnamon graham crackers for about 2 cups of the ground almonds & left out the cinnamon in the recipe. Also added a couple of drops of almond extract since we left only 1/2 cup in the recipe. The kids loved them & wished we had made more!

Baby Back Ribs
Followed the recipe except for rubbing with some jerk seasoning before bbq sauce. Very tender & tasty, but those who like a little "crust" on their ribs will want to finish them on the grill.
