Homesteader Cornbread
Made exactly as written, except I had no vegetable oil and used coconut oil instead. This will be my new cornbread recipe! Turned out perfectly -- so light and moist, not too dense at all. VERY good with a little shredded cheese sprinkled over the top before baking.

Tropical Coffee Cake
YUM, YUM, YUM!!!! I love anything pineapple and tropical, so I thought I might like this. I was going to wait for hubby to get home before I tried it, but it looked so good when it came out of the oven that I couldn't resist trying a little piece. Oh my gosh!! I ate three more pieces before I could stop myself. This didn't last long in my house. It's sooo good, and I can't wait to make it again. Thanks Alisha!

Strawberry Muffins
Oh my goodness!! So good, I can't wait to make these again! I made strawberry butter to go with these (1 stick of butter, 1 Tbsp powd. sugar, 4-5 strawberries), and they were so delicious!! Thanks!
