Banana Crumb Muffins
I made these for a back to school celebration with some "mommy friends". The muffins vanished before I could even pour the coffee. The recipie is perfect just the way it is!

Baked French Toast
Out of this world!!! I made this as part of a Mother's Day Brunch. My family loved it. Everyone wanted the recipe. Although, the overall appearence was not the best...the sugar/butter mix is very dark. Don't let the looks fool you!!!

Stuffed and Baked Tomatoes
This is a wonderful alternative to stuffed peppers. Even the kids gobbled it up!
