Cannoli Cake Roll
Use this filling in a chocolate cake with buttercream icing and decorate with chocolate chips on the side.....YUMMMMMMMMMMY!

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
SPECTACULAR! I cannot rave enough about the lemon filling...I love it and make it all the time. If you don't feel like making the cake from scratch, just used boxed lemon...but make the filling and frosting and you'll be rewarded!

Spring Lime Tea Cookies
I made these for one of the dessert nights that I hosted and the ladies gave these rave reviews. I was a little skeptical since you add granulated sugar (and not powdered) to the juice, however they really like it.
