Kitty Kat Bars
These are yummy, yummy, yummy! I use Keebler Club crackers because they line up so nicely in the pan. My husband isn't too big on sweets, but he's always asking when I'm going to make these again. I make the recipe exactly as stated (except I grease the pan first). It's become one of my go-to recipes when I need an easy dessert!

Greek Lamb-Feta Burgers With Cucumber Sauce
Yum! I followed the burger recipe exactly, and these came out great! I especially like the cucumber sauce. The only thing I did differently was to serve them on toasted hamburger buns instead of pita (since I didn't think they would fit in the pita very well). If you like gyros, you'll love these.

Pumpkin Bread Puddin'
Made exactly as written - absolutely delicious! Using individual ramekins is great because each one is a single serving. If you make it in a pan you'll be tempted to eat half the thing in one sitting because it is SO good.
