Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Nice! I cut the Chipoltle seasoning down to 1T and it wasn't quite enough, so I'll bump it back up to 2T next time! Per others' suggestions, I marinated the pork in juice (orange, lime and cranberry) plus chopped scallions. I did this overnight. Then about 2 hours before we wanted to grill it, we brought it to room temp and then added the rub. The outside of the pork gets a little burn-y (thanks to the brown sugar in the rub) but it was still delicious. We all liked it! Thanks for sharing.

Savory Pork Chops
The flavor was good, but the pork was pretty tough. That could be the cut of meat I bought... I would try it again, but this time, it didn't go over well with my family.

Pork Medallions
Pork wasn't hugely tender, but I could have overcooked it. The sauce was nice - my kids loved it. Served with roasted asparagus and a sweet potato. Will try again and hope for slightly better results.
