I love to cook everything! Mostly homestyle meals; a meat and potatoes kind of meal. When we were younger, my sister and I would go all out and make a zillion cookies for Christmas, or sometimes for no reason at all. Now when I make cookies, I can't just make one kind! I can make noodles, tortillas, and great biscuits from scratch. I make most of my food without measuring at all, and I spice my food by eyeballing it; with nearly perfect results every time! I am a perfectionist, so I generally don't have many tragedies, but for some reason, I ALWAYS forget the last batch of cookies in the oven, until I smell them burning....
