Turkey Pot Pie I
I made this dairy-free for my daughter. I used rice milk instead of milk and I sauteed the veggies in olive oil instead of butter. I used homemade turkey stock instead of chicken bouillon. It was still amazing! This was a great dinner!

Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free Cake
I am blown away by this cake! I used Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour blend so that all of the daycare kids would be able to eat this. My daughter is turning one tomorrow and she is allergic to dairy. I am so pleased with the way this cake turned out! (I omitted the chocolate chips and I substituted coconut milk for the water.)

Quinoa and Black Beans
This is great! I didn't have enough black beans, so I used half black beans and half chickpeas. This was awesome. Thanks for a keeper!
