Manicotti II
Really tasty. I added Italian spices, diced roasted red pepper and a dash of cayenne for kick. I was able to fill mine using a soup spoon with no problem and had enough filling to fill all 12 noodles.

Fruitcake Cookies
Made these for my father in law who loves fruitcake. He loved them! I don't like fruitcake, but even I thought these were really good. I added dried cranberries.
