Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
I made these yesterday and they were very good....My package of ground chuck was 2 lbs. and I didn't increase the rest of the ingredients...I did, as one reviewer suggested, used only 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs...They held together nicely...I got 21 meatballs...I, also, baked them at 350 for 20 min...Got rid of a lot of grease and that awful gray stuff that cooks out of meat...I used a can of stewed tomatoes, that I crushed up in my hands and a can of diced tomatoes as I did not have a can of pureed tomatoes...I also, added a cup of red wine to the sauce...I cooked them on high for an hour and 2 hours on low...This is the first time I have ever made meatballs in the sauce...I have made cocktail meatballs and Swedish meatballs...

Lasagna Toss
I made this and it was really good. I ended up adding an 8 oz can of tomato sauce as it really didn't coat the penne pasta enuf... I also, made it in a 9x13 dish and it was all the way to the top before I added the cheese...I let it bake, then added the cheese to melt...I used more than an 8 oz package...I made this and shared with our neighbor whose birthday was yesterday...She is a real picky eater and she liked it...

Sausage Casserole
I made this just as the recipe was written...The only thing I did, was I halved it as it is just the two of us...It was really good...We ate ours with salsa on top...This went to my "keeper" file...Plus, making it in a 8x8 pan, I was able to bake it in my toaster oven to save on energy...
