Sweet Potato Minestrone
I really enjoyed this. Was very easy to prepare, nice flavor, veggies turned out just perfect with a little crunch to them. And was very pretty also. I have added this to our favorites list.

Holiday Cranberry-Pomegranate Sauce
I have never tried to make a cranberry sauce. But this was so easy and the pomegranate is a nice addition. Family loved it and keeps requesting it year-round.

Classic Creamy Coleslaw
I used store bought coleslaw mix to save time. This dressing is great. I continue to make it and will never use another recipe for coleslaw.
