My husband picked out this recipe one day while he was experimenting in the kitchen. He surprised me with these appetizers after work. I couldn't believe how they tasted. then he had leftover stuffing so we had that on crackers the next day. Now occasionally he will only make the stuffing mixture and have it on crackers. He is hooked!!!

What can I say I have made this 3 times and never get a complaint out of anyone. My mom doesn't like real spicy food so I put some on the side for her, as for the rest of us we love the heat. You can't go wrong with this dish.

I wanted a change from the standard chicken recipe and WOW !! My husband loved it and that works for me. My husband is very picky eater, as he only eats beef and potatoes.
