My wife & I share this profile & we both LOVE to cook. We have 2 young children that are rather picky eaters. We also love to try new things for Valentine's Day or our anniversary. My wife enjoys making casseroles & likes to bake. I enjoy cooking everything! I will try anything & everything. I'm especially great at grilling. We all enjoy Mexican & Italian foods. I would love to make more Southern things, but my wife just doesn't appreciate things like collard greens or corn bread. My wifes Mother is a wonderful cook & most of her recipes come from her Mother. So some of the things my wife makes are generations old & are wonderful to eat!! She's especially good at holiday desserts. I, myself, like to make things for my family. I enjoy a challenge & consider my family ginnie pigs. HAHA Anything grilled or what may seem a big challenge. I'm especially proud of my fettuccine or sweet potato casserole that my wife & family cannot get enough of! I don't bake well. My wife is much better at that.
