Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

I've made this pie 3x, along w/ the Basic Flakey Pie Crust and it turns out awesome EVERY time! You must try...I even like it a little warm, after it's a cooled a bit. Ahhhhhhh!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I used the glaze recipe (cut the glaze recipe in half) and put it in a sandwich bag. I clipped the end and made the cutest designs on the cookies with the glaze. Will make again...probably in a week b/c they'll be gone soon and they are soooo good, esp. right now for the Fall.

Herbed Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce

This was very flavorful and I would make it again. I didn't have tomato sauce, so I used tomato paste and some water. Other than that, I made everything else as written. It is a very thick sauce, just like the submitter said.
