Chicken Florentine Casserole
I followed the suggestions of VICSGARDEN, and I found this recipe amazing! I didn't have any fresh mushroom so I omitted those. I did pound my chicken breast thin. Also, I ran out of mozz. cheese and only had 1/2 cup, so I used slices of provolone and then sprinkled the 1/2 c. of mozz. on top. I will def. make this again. It was so quick and so tasty!

Chesapeake Bay Pork Chops
I thought this recipe turned out very tasty! I was a little hesitant b/c I really only use Old Bay for when I cook salmon, but the flavors all blended so well together. I only had dried basil, so I used that instead. Mine marinated for only 3-3.5 hours and it was GREAT!

Playgroup Granola Bars
I think these are so wonderful!!! I didn't have wheat germ, so I left that out. I used ground flax seed, used half whole-wheat flour and used a combination of choc. chips and raisins (more choc. chips). We loved them and so did our group! It's such a versatile recipe!
