Mom's Zucchini Bread

simply adding my praise to the chorus. this recipe is absolutely wonderful. i used 1/2 cup oil & 1/2 cup sour cream. i am planning on making another batch today to freeze - we ate all the first batch in one day!

Fluff Dip for Fruit

delish! i do have to point out that it is rather thick - i made it without the amaretto & compensated with an extra half-cup of milk, but it still was too heavy to dip cake in without it crumbling, even with extra milk...still good though, especially on strawberries!

a really delicious cake. very soft - you'll have to pop it in the fridge or freezer if you need to work with it; otherwise it doesn't even need icing. thanks for a great recipe!

Pizza Muffins

these turned out fantastic! i did not have tomatoes in my house, so i diced up a garlic clove & tossed that in there instead. i used chopped red onion instead as well. great recipe, works fantastic in the lunch box!

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

a good staple recipe - i had both eggs & butter in the house but when you bake a lot, they go fast! it was nice to not have to use some. i replaced the oil with applesauce & realized at the last minute that i was out of baking soda, so i tossed in another 2 tsp of baking powder. the cake turned out good - heavy & moist although i think next time i will add extra vanilla or another extract - the flavor was a little bland.

Amish White Bread

i have made this recipe several times over, now. each time it turns out better & better. because we don't like sweet bread as much in my household, i decrease the sugar to 1-2 tablespoons, blip in however much olive oil looks right & add the flour 1-2 cups at a time, so as not to over-add it. it is an extraordinary recipe, thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

i use this recipe to make fudge - using these same ingredients, you just add the entire bag of chocolate chips instead of only 1 cup. this glaze was delicious, although it was a little difficult to reheat & didn't keep for more than 1-2 days in the fridge. thanks!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

absolutely fantastic. i used regular raspberry preserves & they turned out fine; i always double the recipe though as these disappear quick! these freeze wonderfully, so you can make big batches around the holidays or just in advance. thanks!

Chex® Muddy Buddies®

i make this at christmas every year - as others have said, make sure you're using corn or rice chex. the wheat chex gives a weird texture to the muddy buddies. thank you for the recipe!

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

a good easy recipe - i decided to try it after i read all the reviews with people really loving it or really hating it. i made the spice cake version with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger & 1/4 tsp cloves...it turned out really good. i did substitute oil f or the shortening as i didn't have any in the house & i baked it in a 8x8 pan so it would be "taller" & aside from taking more time baking because of the pan i used, i really like this recipe & will use it in the future = )

Simple Scones

these were indeed very good & very simple! i added 2 tsp. cinnamon for flavoring. however, my butter was only cold, not frozen & they turned out fantastic, so it's a little unnecessary to freeze/grate your butter. great recipe!

World's Best Potato Soup

i made this soup once for my boyfriend when he was sick - he had never had potato soup before. now he asks for it all the time! i omit the celery just on personal preference, but otherwise i never alter anything!
