Wow! I am SO happy I found this recipe. Absolutely amazing. After reading other reviews I also used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar and also added about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. My husband and I can't stay away from them! Thanks!

I started cooking this earlier to have for dinner tonight and can't keep myself away from "testing" it. So good! Can't wait for dinner! I also added about a tbsp. of crushed red pepper flakes and ended up using dried onion flakes instead of the onion since I forgot to buy one at the store.

Oh wow! I love California rolls and crave them often. This recipe is so easy and way cheaper than running out 3 times a week to get them and tastes exactly (if not better) than the real thing. I did add a little crushed up Nori (seaweed) and to be honest I never got around to making the dressing at all, just used a little soy sauce as a dressing. Yum! Thanks so much for posting this recipe!!
