Angel Chicken Pasta

Great tasting recipe that I return to often. As others have recommended, I double the sauce. I also add green olives & serve on penne pasta.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Happened to have all the ingredients on hand so gave this recipe a whirl. Very pleased with the outcome -- a winning combination of flavors. Lacks a bit of spice so I added red pepper flakes & a dash of chili sauce. Will put this in the rotation!

Donna's Cornbread, Sausage and Jalapeno Dressing

I loved this recipe, and it received rave reviews from Thanksgiving guests who enjoyed the spice. As others, I used the hot Itlaian sausage. Can't wait to make it again!

Polish Reuben Casserole

Enjoyable casserole that indeed tastes like a Reuben. Adding caraway seeds was a good suggestion. Next time I'll ease off on the bread crumbs & add a tad more cheese. Good winter fare.

Amby Rae's Cucumber Salad

Took this dish to a grill-out last night & it was a real hit. Went exceptionally well with the grilled lamb that was served. I used 3 cucumbers instead of 2 as the recommended sour cream is plenty. Don't skimp on the lemon or garlic! Thanks, Amby Rae!

Kielbasa and Cabbage

This one was a real success. Easy to prepare & delicious. I must agree that the caraway seeds are an important addition. Wonderfully sweet taste & the bacon on top provided a perfect final touch. My girlfriend is now happily doing the dishes... that's testimonial enough to this fine dish!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Being a total novice in the kitchen, I thought I'd give this simple recipe a try. I must say it turned out GREAT! The corned beef was moist & the juice was sweet & delicious. I've already made it twice this week & have a girlfriend who thinks I've somehow morphed into a Chef!!
