Scalloped Cheese Potatoes
I had high hopes for this recipe, but unfortunately it fell flat, literally. The potatoes pretty much had NO flavor - i followed the recipe exactly. they were lacking any taste.
Next time, I would use cream of cheddar soup instead, and probably double the amount of shredded cheese. Plus the potatoes MUST be salted and seasoned in order to make this taste better!
