Sugar Coated Pecans
So good! I think the real secret here is the salt. I love the sweet and salty combination. I don't think it would hurt to double the cinnamon, but you certainly don't have to.

Washboard Cookies
Tasty little cookies. I took the advice and added the 1/4 t cinnamon, only problem was I doubled the recipe and forgot to double the cinnamon. Very faint, but still good. Reminds me a bit of a Biscotti. I would like to make these without the baking soda and play around with the spice to get it more like a biscotti. Thanks for the unique recipe.
