Apple Bundt Cake
Made this for a meeting at work and it was a huge hit. Used 4 cups of apples, 2 tbs of sugar and 2 tsp if cinnamon. Used 1/2 oil 1/2 applesauce. 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar. Was out of OJ so use apple juice. The most moist cake ever. Baked for 57 minutes. Cooled over night then release from the pan. Great way to use up lots of apples.

Best Brownies
I have been baking for many years, first time making this brownie recipe. I sifted the flour and cocoa power together. Also used 1/2 white sugar 1/2 brown sugar. Baked 25 minutes exactly. These are SUPURB!!! Great flavor, and perfect brownie texture, not too chewy not too cakey. This will be the only brownie recipe from now on.
