Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
This was delicious! However in a 9 x 13 pan it was very flat. I will add at least 2 more cups of fruit next time and cut back on the sugar a little. I did add 1 t. of cinnamon to the crust because I'm a cinnamon lover. Very good recipe and definitely a keeper for me.

Applesauce Custard Pie
Just made this and it is absolutely wonderful. I used Musselmen's Chunky Applesauce and followed the recipe exactly. It set up perfectly and was one of the easiest pies I've ever made. Great recipe, Cathy.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
This is probably the best pork tenderloin recipe that I've tried. Served it with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. Will certainly make many more times.
