Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
This was delicious! However in a 9 x 13 pan it was very flat. I will add at least 2 more cups of fruit next time and cut back on the sugar a little. I did add 1 t. of cinnamon to the crust because I'm a cinnamon lover. Very good recipe and definitely a keeper for me.
