Homemade Tomato Sauce II
Excellent recipe. Substituted beef broth for the water, also added fresh tyme.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze
Excellent recipe. Balsamic vinegar also works well in place of the soy.

Salmon Quiche
Used finely chopped fresh chinook salmon and fresh herbs, twas excellent!
