Corned Beef Roast
This was good but I made some changes. I put it in a slow cooker, added 3 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar and cabbage. It was great. Oh ya, I also added a bay leaf and some fresh garlic. Was fabulous.

Honey Pork with Peppers
This tasted like ordinary sweet and sour pork to me. Yes it was tasty but boring. The sauce turns out quite runny and doesn't thicken up, even when I made a rough of flour and water. I would suggest cutting back on the water to at least half. I will make this again but only if requested, not because I want to.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
We really enjoyed this salad. I made a few changes though...I added a bit more mayonnaise, added chopped water chestnuts, instead of seeds and added mozza cheese as well as cheddar. Thanks for the good eats!!!
