Pork Dumplings

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

Quick and wonderful! I followed the recipe as written, except I baked it in a 9x13 pan. I had to bake for about 35 minutes, and the cookies came out perfectly gooey and soft! Will make again!

Pesto Turkey Burgers

This was delicious! The only changes I made were to use mozzarella/provolone cheese and sea salt instead of seasoned salt. I served on toasted ciabbatta bread, with a little pesto mayo on the bread.

Simple Pancakes

Not bad in a pinch when there is no Bisquick! These were a little rubbery and thin, but not bad when doctored up with chocolate chips, butter, and syrup.

Asian Orange Chicken

This is amazing! I put mine into a bowl, rather than shape into a ball. I topped it with mini Heath bar pieces, and served with graham cracker sticks and animal crackers. A huge hit with family and friends!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I have made many versions of this soup, but this is by far the best! I followed recipe exactly, and served with crumbled lime tortilla chips and cheddar cheese. Also, used Roasted red pepper,corn, and black bean salsa. A wonderful soup! Thanks for sharing.
