Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Added 2 packets of dressing mix - do not add any of the salt products. It is not needed. Also added about 10 whole pepperoncinis along with 1/3 of the juice. Served on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese and broiled to melt the cheese and then put on a horseradish/ mayo sauce. Very good.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
This was a great soup. Didn't add the sherry and didn't put it through the food processor. Was great just that way. Actually ended up doubling the recipe to have enough for dinner and leftovers for lunch at work the next day.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This was a good dip. I added a little bit more mayo because I wasn't sure that it was creamy enough. It turned out perfectly. Even better the next day when reheated.
