Definitely our favorite salmon recipe. We used soy instead of teriyaki, but it still turned out great.

This was a definite hit with our family! I added the onion and garlic per other review, and also used Cream of Mushroom soup with the salsa instead of Cream of Chicken. My husband loved it and my little ones really enjoyed the meat/rice mixture separately (they don't care for casserole type meals). We will add this as a staple to our menu!
