Slippery Shrimp
Outstanding! Won rave reviews from the whole family (with the exception of girl child - who didn't care for the "afterbite") I did double the sauce, but next time I will triple it for extra for the rice. Excellent recipe - thanks for sharing!

New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp
Excellent - deemed the best dinner in awhile by the family. Took another reviewers suggestion and added some sugar, soy sauce and since I was out of balsamic vinegar, added about 1/2 -3/4 a teaspoon of balsamic vinaigrette - outstanding!

Simple Country Ribs
This was incredible - my ribs fell off of the bone and even my picky daughter said they were good and she would eat them. I had enough sauce left over that I put it a bowl and used it on chops as a marinade a few days later! Five stars aren't enough! But I do have to admit that I used another raters idea and used beer and added a little bit of sugar. Thanks so much for sharing Phoenix!
