Shrimp Scampi III
Excellent! The bread crumbs really thickened this nicely and really helped the sauce stick to the pasta! I didn't have whole garlic, so I slowly used some minced garlic and added a little of parsley. Outstanding!

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Excellent! I have a new favorite recipe for tenderloin! Even my husband liked it and he's not big on tenderloin! I made the marinade and left it in the fridge overnight then grilled slowly so the honey didn't burn - juicy and tasty. Thanks for sharing!
