Baklava
This was nothing short of incredible. My father grew up in a Greek home and told me mine was as good as his Yiya's (and he is not one to dole out the compliments). I was always so intimadated but this was a HUGE success. I think I will make these every Christmas to honor my Greek heritage. BTW, I also added lemon zest to the sauce--necessary for that Mediterannean flair.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Really tasty. I did as others suggested and added some spicy barbecue sauce I got at a special bbq joint in Arizona. Just 1/2 cup. We've been eating the leftovers all week. one night put it on a bed of lettuce with black beans, corn, tomato, and salad dressing made from half ranch dressing and half bbq sauce. YUM! Thanks KIMBER!

French Beef Stew
I thought this was very tasty, especially with the crusty bread as suggested. My husband thought it was pretty good, so that's why 4 stars. The dijon mustard does make it taste country french, "pres d'Avignon".
