Baked Dijon Chicken

This was actually really good and really quick and really easy. I will definitely make this again. I feel so bad having to waste a whole can of evaporated milk, though, as the recipe only calls for a fraction of what a can will give you so maybe you can substitute with a dry-milk variation or find another recipe to use the rest of your milk with, etc. Oh and make sure you make more of the breading mixture than what the recipe calls for. You will probably need it. I followed this recipe exactly and used 3 breasts and ran out of breading mix.... Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Follow the recipe EXACTLY to get these to turn out perfectly. Also, try the dark chocolate, and white chocolate peanut butter cups for variation. Man I could eat my weight in these cookies.

Sweet Potato Casserole VI

Ok, every year I try a new sweet potato recipe for thanksgiving and they are all pretty much the same... But I must say, this was the best one yet. It's the topping that made it. Thank you so much! I am making this again for Christmas!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Great recipe. VERY easy to follow. Filled up generic deep dish pie crusts nicely. I used 3 chicken breasts so it ws very meaty. Kids LOVED it. Great for a rainy day type meal. I will definitely play around with this recipe again when I have time. Mmmmm. Mine turned out a little ugly but who care is was delicious!

Banana Pudding IV

I've made this recipe over and over again, and am finally posting a comment. Growing up in the south I have had my share of banana pudding. This one, though, tops my list. In fact, it was my first attempt to ever make it. My friend and family LOVE it when I make this. I follow the recipe exact and it always comes out perfect. All I can say is this Thanksgiving I am making 4 batches. Nice to see that there are reusable/disposable casserole containers available these days so you don't feel so bad making it and not having to get your dish back. I do believe the cream cheese makes this dish. It is my favorite by far. Good luck!

Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

I was a little nervous about making this salsa as it seemed so strange. I am only giving it 4 stars as of now because personally I think the recipe needs a little more kick, whether it be more jalapeno or maybe more garlic. I'm sure once I read through more of the reviews I will be able to successfully modify it to suit my tastes... but overall, this was a great dish. The watermelon adds an interesting coolness. :)

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I have always used this recipe and was glad to see it here when I had lost it many years ago. This will give you the perfect pie. I've also used it with sweet potatoes. Give it a try!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This recipe was very good. I followed it exactly. It's amazing how you don't need any additional seasoning. The bacon does it all. I served this with a greek salad, spicy hummus and mini pita breads (from Trader Joe's). What a perfect, EASY meal. Even my youngest son enjoyed it and he usually won't eat anything "fancy"... Try it!

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Oh, and just another note from someone who has made these often: Do not get the big Grand's brand buttermilk buscuits and do not get the layered buscuits. You're better off buying the standard little tubes (4-pack store brand). You WILL need to cut them in half. Push them in the mini cups pretty well and do not over-fill the cups. The cheese will melt all over. Follow the recipe exactly, and you should have no problems. Let them cool slightly before taking them out of the tins so the cheese can set a bit.............

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
