Chocolate mini cupcakes with Caramel Icing

Caramel Frosting V

I used the "Too Much Chocolate Cake" recipe to make the cupcakes. Baked at 325F for 18 mins. They came out perfect! I also made some minor changes to the frosting so it would come out thick & whipped. They are found in my review.
