World's Best Lasagna
Absolutely delicious! There was enough sauce in this recipe for 3 layers. My husband, who loves lasagna, said that this was perfect and the best he has had! I did follow some of the other reviews and soaked the noodles in hot tap water for about 25 minutes. After baking, the noodles were cooked perfectly and not overdone. Also, I did add 2 dashes of nutmeg to the ricotta mixture. Yum!

Creole Pork Chops
Added about a tbsp of creole seasoning to the flour just to make it a little spicy. Otherwise, I followed the directions as is and it was delicious!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Used this recipe to make our very first turkey for Thanksgiving last year and the bird came out perfect! I did not change a thing! We will be making the Turkey this way again this year!
