Heavenly White Cake
I didn't follow the directions exactly, as it was confusing to me. I also didn't have cake flour, so I had to use all-purpose flour which made my cake heavy and dry. I didn't like the texture of the cake. The next time, I will use cake flour and read the recipe thoroughly before I begin.
