Carrot Cake III
Moist & Flavorful! I made some of the popular changes too - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 cup of the oil, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar instead of 2 cups white sugar, and an extra teaspoon of vanilla.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the frosting! Cooking lesson - label your containers. I accidentally used cake flour instead of powdered sugar so no go on the frosting.
