White Bean Chicken Chili
This was pretty good... Very different than what I'm used to, but good. I too used Salsa Verde in place of tomatillos, and I added a lot of extra spices - chili powder and red pepper flakes - frankly, it needed the flavor. I had bought a cooked roasted chicken from the supermarket and cut it up - made it very easy. For those of you watching your figure - Made the way I did, it calculates at 5 weight watcher PointsPlus per serving.
