Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter
absolutely wonderful, steaks were tender and the garlic butter really added perfection.

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf
This recipe goes great with grilled salmon 1 from this site but is delicious on it's own. My husband usually doesn't care for rice pilaf but in this case was very complimentary and had two servings.

Grilled Salmon I
Just wonderful. I followed the advice of reviewer Cyndi12 and used foil packets at 450 degrees. We likesalmon a little on the rare side so I cooked wrapped up in packets for 7 minutes and then uncovered and cooked for 5 minutes more. I served it with asparagus cashew rice pilaf from this site which was also delicious.
