Peach Coffee Cake II

Not what I expected. Made as written. Cake wasn't at all very flavorful and the peaches needed sugar mixed with them. Won't be making this again.

This is absolutly the best tasting pudding. No lumps, not grainy, just smooth goodness. To cut fat and calories, I used fat free half and half, Splenda brown sugar and I can't believe it's not butter. All ending to a great result. Thank you.

Raspberry Tiramisu

This was s good. I used frozen berries, because that s what I could get. I ran them through a sieve to take out the majority of te seeds. The cheese mixture is easy and so tasty . I put it in a clear trifle bowl and it was stunning to serve. I bought 3 pkgs of lady figures .

Country Squash Casserole

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf

I have made several turkey meatloaves. All were "ok", but I tried another recipe. I found this one and OMG it is delish! I doubled the recipe(that is the turkey amount I had) followed the recipe exactly for the ingredients,I put 1/2 of the sauce in and 1/2 on top and cooked my loaves in my cupcakes tin and I love the crusty edges so I thought why not? Well it was perfect. simple serving, portion control and easy. This is so moist and flavorful. Really. Not one seasoning out shines the other. We them the 1st night out of the oven. Next night I had sandwiches, cold. and the 3rd we had them warmed up and shared with some friends(pot luck kind of thing) and they were all begging me for the recipe. 100% with this one.

Szechuan Beef

We just got done with dinner and I was SO unhappy I have to write this review. I followed the recipe, but added probably 1 tsp of hot pepper, based on other reviewers. I was so looking forward to a zippy tasty dinner, this wasn't it. It was very unfavorable. It wasn't spicy at all. Too bad...

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was a good recipe. Something you can add to if you want. I didn't use ricotta(trying to cut fat) so I used cottage cheese. I also didn't add as much mozzarella as called for. I pounded the breasts thin for rolling. Got a nice look from this. It was very good. Husband liked it alot. I made this along side stuffed shells. Meat and potatoes here kind of thing. All in all a good recipe.

Ken's Minestrone Soup

Just made this today. I gave it 4 because I thought it needed a little more tomato flavor and garlic. I added 4 large cloves and a small can of tomato sauce for a more depth in flavor. I had some shredded zucchini in the freezer so I used that instead of fresh. Everything else was the same. Very good soup. Very healthy soup. Husband Loved it! A little cheese on top and wow, what a delicious bowl of goodness.

Banana Cupcakes

These were very good cupcakes. I gave them 4 stars because they stick to the paper cup. Although very moist, not like cake at all. I used 5 bananas because that is how many I had. Very banana-y flavor. I did make cream cheese icing and made it thin enough to dip the tops into. Sprinkled nuts on top for come crunch for Hubby. He loves them. Told me to not forget this one. Thanks!

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad

Made this and it was wonderful. I used spaghetti, because that is what I had. We spiced it up with extra peppers and hubby loved it. I did serve it warm/cool and then the next day out of the frig cold. Wouldn't change a thing. But this is a great recipe to add what you want or have on hand and then omit what you don't want or have. Have fun!

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I

I bake an angel food cake every week. Since it is fat free and both hubby and I have each lost 50 pounds, we want to keep it off. And angle food cake is a real treat. Adding pineapple was/is fantastic. And can I say just so darn simple. It does sink a bit, but nothing terrible. Thank you very much for the recipe.

Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder

Made this exactly like written, but omitted the leeks, I didn't have any. Used more onion. So I guess I didn't do it just as written, huh? LOL Anyway, it was a hit on the table. Hubby loved it. I enjoyed the spicy bite it gives you and the crunchy chips on top! Thanks!

Zucchini Provencal

Easy Pizza Sauce II

I make this every time I make pizza. If you use "natural" sauce, you may have to add more flavorings, since there aren't any in the natural sauce. But this is so light and yummy.
