To Die For Blueberry Muffins
As some others have suggested, I doubled the recipe but not the toppings. I had enough topping for 2 batches and more. I also added more blueberries than called for. They were SOOOOO GOOD!

Tofu Parmigiana
This recipe was GREAT! I couldn't get the bread crumbs to stay on the tofu but they came out great! My 2-year old son LOVED it too :-)

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
SOOO YUMMY!!! So much better than the recipe on the back of the Kisses' bag. I did take some other reviewer's suggestions and did half sugar and half brown sugar. I also use caramel kisses for half of the batch.
