Caesar Hot Artichoke Dip
I served this as a dip but the crowd was spooning it on their plates and eating it as a side item. I didn't get a chance to taste it for myself. The reviews were, WHAT IS THIS? THIS IS GREAT, IS THERE MORE?

Antojitos Minis
This was a spicy and beautiful little appetizer. I made this recipe with puff pastry shells. The crowd enjoyed them warm from the oven. This was easy, but looked complicated and time comsuming.

Champagne Punch III
I served this punch at a special fuction and it was a big hit with the crowd. The guest was driking it up so fast! I was really surprised and had to work very fast to make more. Remarks - refershing and great flavor also a beautiful color for the holidays.
