Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Everything the reviews said and more! This is a delicious chocolate frosting. I was able to generously frost 1 dozen chocolate cupcakes. The frosting is sweet, but light enough that it is not overwhelming. It is soft so plan ahead to let it chill if you will be transporting something frosted with this.

Brunch Enchiladas
Very easy! I used ground chicken breakfast sausage instead of the ham and they were great. Next time I will add a couple more ingredients to make them spicier.

Chocolate Pound Cake I
This was a very good pound cake. I think it tasted better the second day. I used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze to frost it. Next time, I will add miniature chocolate chips to the cake batter for more texture.
