I am a stay-at-home mom, and I truly believe I was a chef in my prior life! I love to try new things in the kitchen, and my husband is my guinea pig!! Lasagna, chicken parmesean, wedding soup, actually anything italian, cookies, and I make GREAT cocktails! My mom is a great cook, and I loved spending time with her in the kitchen as a kid, that is how I learned, and now I try to share the same experiences with my family. I made a meal including cocktails, appetizers and dessert for my in-laws on about 1 hours notice, it turned out great. Too many to mention, but my philosophy is try, try again, I haven't made anyone sick yet. I have learned that I cannot make a good sauerbraten, and I have left beer making to the experts!
