This was really good! I was a little leary...but wow! This would be great for a football game! It had a sort of stuffing taste! This one is hard to explain......but wow! Try it for yourself...just remember that is has to be made the night before and refrigerated....or you can prepare it early and the morning...yum...my husband really loved this one! Chelita

Springfield Style Cashew Chicken I

This is just like the cashew chicken at a little place in Pensacola florida.....I leave out the oyster and pepper when I make the broth and double the broth that you pour on top! This is really good. Chelita

Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole

We liked this alot...but I do suggest that you use shredded potatoes and add a 8 oz. jar of cheezwhiz with the sour cream mixture and omit the milk......But this is very yummy! I will make this again. Chelita

Asparagus Portobello Pasta

Um.....this was good...my hubby and friend loved it..but I just don't like pasta......so make it yourself to see if it is good.....if you like pasta then this is a great recipe.
