Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Love these with half semi-sweet chips and half white chocolate chips. Awesome cookies, and they come out perfect every time.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Definitely a keeper! Easy to make and absolutely delicious...the whole family loved them. They're so rich and creamy, it's hard to believe there's no cream or cheese in there!

Vinegar Pie VI
Love this pie! I was reading a book set in the South and the main character kept talking about his mom's vinegar pie. I figured I'd give it a shot and man, is it good!
