Cheese Sauce Over Cauliflower
I liked this a lot. I only had ground thyme so I used 1/4 tsp rather than 1/2. I added the paprika right into the sauce (I love paprika) and also a splash of garlic and onion powders, but that's just personal taste. I also made this with skim milk (all we have) and it thickened up perfectly. All three kids ate their cauliflower with no moaning. Yay!
