This recipe was very easy and yummy. I used red wine vinegar instead of white. Will definetely make again!

This was good, although I added fresh cilantro instead of dried, the juice of 1/2 lime, and three seeded plum tomatoes. Had some friends over and they loved it!

My daughter had a sleepover last night and they wanted pancakes this morning. I had no mix so I went here and picked this one. I had no buttermilk so I used my King Arthur powdered buttermilk to make 3 cups. I also added 1 T. of vanilla. These are by far the BEST pancakes I have ever had. I will NEVER buy mix again. Next time I think I will halve the recipe. Great recipe!
