This is the same recipe I grew up with as a child. I use 2 Tblsp of sugar because I like my pancakes on the sweet side. I have also used various extracts for different flavoring and I have used cinnamon and nutmeg in my pancakes at Christmas time. You can also use buttermilk instead of regular milk. I love this recipe and I handed it down to my children.

It really is a very quick and easy pizza crust and it is good too. I will try adding different ingredients to twick the recipe a bit, but all in all it is very good, quick and easy.

Like everyone else. I found the recipe to be excellent. I like my bread a bit more a on the sweet side so I added about 1/4 cup of white sugar. However, the recipe is excellent just like it is. It is a very easy recipe as well. Very simple.
